Urban agriculture is transforming Singapore's approach to food security and sustainability. At Abuzz Landscape, we've partnered with local Agritech expert, V-Plus Agritech, in designing and implementing advanced urban farming systems, including hydroponics and aquaponics, tailored to the unique challenges of Singapore's urban environment.​

Hydroponics: This soil-less cultivation method allows for efficient use of space and resources, making it ideal for urban settings. By delivering nutrients directly to plant roots in a water-based solution, hydroponics enables faster growth cycles and higher yields. Our hydroponic systems are customizable for various scales, from residential setups to commercial operations.​

Aquaponics: Combining aquaculture (raising fish) with hydroponics, aquaponics creates a symbiotic environment where fish waste provides nutrients for plants, and plants help filter and purify the water. This closed-loop system is highly sustainable and produces both fresh produce and fish, contributing to Singapore's "30 by 30" goal of increasing local food production.​
